Telephone and Email CoachingThe Centre for Coaching can provide an email and telephone coaching service for all employees including managers, executives, and supervisors. The coaching focuses on the agreed needs and goals of both the organisation and employee, for example improving performance. Four key areas that the Centre can provide coaching for are developmental coaching, stress and health coaching or performance coaching. Telephone and email coaching is particularly useful when staff travels a lot for his or her job. Other advantages of this form of coaching is that time is not taken up by either the employee or coach travelling to the meeting. This assists in keeping overheads and costs down.
